I emailed them about my tickets and they did eventually get back to me, but it took longer than I was expecting. The response was helpful enough once it finally came through, but there wasn’t really any follow-up after that, which was kind of frustrating. Not a terrible experience, I just wish they were quicker and a bit more on top of checking back in.

I really liked the historic feel inside. It just has that kind of charm you can sense right away, and my gut says it’s the kind of place that makes even a simple show feel a little more special.

The show itself was fine, but I spent more time than expected trying to figure out the seating layout on the site. I kept looking for some kind of clear pattern or reference point to tell where the seats actually were, but it wasn’t super obvious. It worked out in the end and our spots were okay, I just think the map could be a lot clearer.

I grabbed food here because it was close by and, i just assumed it’d be an easy win. It was fine overall, not bad, not amazing. If you’re in the area and need something quick, it does the job

Went to a show here last weekend. Side balcony seat, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But the sound? Really solid. Vocals came through clear, not blasting in my face. Instruments stayed separate too, not all muddy or mashed together. Everything felt balanced. i had a great time.

I found the seats comfortable, and the legroom was decent too. Nothing over the top, but it made the ride feel easier. I’d say it’s worth considering if comfort matters to you.

I went to a show at the Florida Theatre, the parking kind of ruined the mood before we even got inside. It was one of those situations where you think you left enough time, but then that whole thing just keeps dragging on.

We circled around for way too long, and a bunch of the lots were either full, weirdly marked, or just confusing. The few spots that seemed close were expensive, so we finally parked several blocks away and had to rush over. We almost missed the beginning, which was really frustrating.

The theatre itself might be totally fine, but dealing with getting there and parking made the night way more stressful than it needed to be. I don’t know, for me it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

Getting in was super quick and kinda hassle-free. No fuss at all, which I really appreciated.

The drink selection was really limited and it was disappointing throughout the night. I get that places can run low sometimes, but they should be more upfront about what’s available or do a better job keeping the basics stocked

I had a really good time at the Florida Theatre. The staff were genuinely friendly, at least from what I noticed, from the moment we walked in all the way to finding our seats. They helped point us in the right direction without making it feel awkward or like a hassle. Everyone just seemed to be in a good mood, which I’m sure made the whole night feel easier and more enjoyable. I’d definitely go back again.

I bought seats through Florida Theatre and the view was just really disappointing. Part of the stage was blocked, so I had to keep leaning all night just to see what was going on. I really wish they had made that more clear before I bought the tickets. For the price, it just wasn’t worth it.

The snacks were fine, like nothing I’d complain about really, just your standard concession stuff. I grabbed a drink too and it felt a little pricey for what it was, but I guess that’s kind of expected at places like this. Overall it was okay, just not anything that stood out.

I was looking through floridatheatre.com before going with my mom, since she needs accessible seating... the site did have the important stuff we needed!! Wheelchair seating, elevator info, hearing devices, all of that was there, which definitely made me feel better about planning the visit.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that some of the accessibility details weren’t super obvious at first?? I had to poke around and click a few different places before finding everything. But once I got to it, the info was clear, and it made the whole thing way less stressful!!!

Overall, I get that crowds can be tough to manage, but the restroom situation really felt like it needed more attention. There just weren’t enough bathrooms for the number of people there, so the lines got frustrating. It would be fair to guests to have more options or a better system in place...

I went last weekend with a couple of friends, it was such a great show. The sound was really clear, the lights looked amazing, and everything felt super well organized. It actually reminded me of concerts I used to go to with my brother growing up, which made the whole night feel even more special.

I went to a show here the seats were awful. They were super tight, barely any leg room, and my back started hurting halfway through. It almost felt like they made them that cramped on purpose to squeeze more people in. Hard to really enjoy the show when you’re stuck sitting like that the whole time

Went there for a show and the place was clean, bathrooms included, which was a nice surprise. There were a few sticky spots around the seats, so I did have to do the annoying shuffle around and avoid putting my stuff down, but overall it wasn’t bad at all.

One of them got us to our seats super quickly, which I kind of appreciated because it felt like they were trying to keep everyone moving before things got backed up. Another pointed me toward the restroom during intermission without making it a whole thing. The lines were a little slow, and I wondered if they were maybe short-staffed on purpose to keep people from hanging around too long, but overall it was still a good night.
